Josh Barr lost 24 pounds, total of 27 inches lost with 4.5 inches off his waist. He is the owner and CEO of a government contracting firm. Josh was extremely sick from bacterial pneumonia on one of his many trips and wanted to get healthy after he and his family thought he was going to die.
